THE WAY OF INNOVATION
Providing custom-tailored housing spaces and services
Our “Theme-type Public Rental Housing” program takes into account the needs and characteristics of various classes of potential renters, such as young but upcoming entrepreneurs, artists, people with developmental disabilities, and rural-based people wanting to return to their places of birth. We also support the construction of facilities that combine housing with specific and specialized community needs.

Creating Custom-tailored, Community-based SOC to make public rental housing better
Filling holes in housing welfare programs to aid vulnerable and marginalized populations
We support people living in substandard housing through our “Relocation Support 119 Center.” We also carry out a “Youth+Start” project serving young people who want to live independently. Other members of marginalized and vulnerable populations that we serve include abused children, single mothers, and victims of disasters and rental frauds.

Making residential environments safer and more livable
Our “Grand Change-Up” project develops safe and livable residential environments for people living in rental housing by improving and remodeling old and substandard housing complexes. We also offer a “MyMy service” using Public MyData to simplify document submissions for people who are applying for rental housing, and provide high-quality maintenance and management services through our “Immediate Processing System” and “Smart Quality Control System.” Both of them enable 24/7 reporting of housing defects using QR codes.
