To ensure that housing projects in the Third-Generation New Towns and urban centers advance seamlessly from groundbreaking to final completion, LH will drive substantive innovation across its entire business process to deliver tangible results that people can truly experience.

Second, we will execute quality innovation to create 'public housing where everyone wishes to live.' We will strategically place rental housing in prime, transit-oriented locations while significantly expanding mid-sized units and incorporating prominent private-sector brands, thereby redefining the paradigm of public rental housing. Also, we will transform the public perception of LH housing by integrating the highest standards of quality, cutting-edge technology, and design innovation. We will also elevate the quality of life for our residents through tailored housing services customized for each life stage, encompassing young adults, newlyweds, and senior citizens.

Furthermore, we will serve as a partner for balanced growth, injecting new growth engines into regional communities. We will fully support the seamless execution of Three Mega Projects tailored to each region, which focus on semiconductors, physical AI, and AI data centers.
