As you know, LH has been a strong partner of the people for more than the last half a century. Not only did we buttress the improvement of housing for the people by supplying over 3 million public house units and 1.35 million rental homes, but have been at the forefront of creating new towns and industrial complexes, all of which have been the foundation of Korea’s national economy. Even at this moment, in every corner of our territory, we, all LH employees, are devoting ourselves to enriching the quality of life of the people and contributing to the development of our national economy.

I, as a CEO of LH, promise to implement our commitment and dedication as below

As our foremost mandate, we will successfully implement the government's housing policy that provides 2.7 million homes for young people and the working class. By eliminating blind spots for the vulnerable and combining housing and social services, we will realize high-quality housing welfare. Moreover, through balanced regional development projects, we will prevent local extinction and make every region a fruitful and comfortable place to live by revitalizing the local economy.

In addition, we will provide high-quality public housing that live up to the public’s standards by solving major complaints like noise nuisance or improvement of finishing materials. And our rental homes will elevate the livelihood of the community as we will continue to strive for better housing services and create social mixing neighborhoods.

At the same time, reorganizing the first-generation new towns systematically, we are working to build third-generation new cities efficiently and reliably through prioritizing transportation infrastructure. These cities, with thorough maintenance and services, will be equipped with digital and design innovation to last over 100 years.

In response to changes in future residential environment, we will secure the application of such mobility innovation like autonomous driving and UAM, in tune with the 4th Industrial Revolution. We will also be conscious of global sustainability and focus on creating zero-energy houses and green cities that fit the carbon-neutral era.

You, our nations, are the owner of LH and also our valued clients. We will faithfully fulfill our fundamental role so that the fruits that LH bears provides happiness for you. We will continue to strive to enhance customer satisfaction through pro-active responses to solve your problems and challenges. We will work beyond your expectations.
