  1. 2022
    • First construction of the 3rd new city started (Gyeyang, Incheon)
    • LH Innovation Declaration and Pledge Ceremony
    • LH ESG management declaration

    • Hanam Gyosan, etc. Achieved 32,000 pre-subscriptions
    • Innovation in all areas of management and business

  3. 2020
    • Obtained the approval from Hungyen Provincial Committee for the development of Clean Industrial Park in Vietnam
    • Certified by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety as an enterprise with outstanding performance in disaster mitigation
    • Certified by the Ministry of Employment and Labor as an enterprise with outstanding performance in labor-management relations
    • Achieved A grade of the government management evaluation three years in a row from 2017 to 2019
  4. 2019
    • Became the first government-owned corporation to be acknowledged for two consecutive years for its contribution to creating job opportunities
    • Commenced the construction of 'ROK-Myanmar Economic Cooperation Industrial Complex'
    • Signed a preliminary implementation agreement for the development of Abdullah new city in Kuwait
    • Completed the development of Seongnam Pangyo new town

    • Held a ceremony to declare LH's vision on social value
    • Commenced the construction of the 3rd generation new town
    • Selected 'Sejong Smart City' as a national pilot city
    • Opened 'Housing Environment Research and Innovation Center'
